DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS
Damaged, defective or missing items must be reported to The Ticket Store Game, LLC., within 30 days. If items were damaged in transit, The Ticket Store Game, LLC., may file a claim with the carrier on your behalf for the damaged items and will send out a replacement item with a return shipping label for the damaged item. The Ticket Store Game, LLC., will ship replacement or missing items to you using the most economical shipping method available at the time. Please retain the original packaging for inspection by the carrier. You account will be charged for the replacement item and then you will receive a credit for the defective item once it has been received by The Ticket Store Game, LLC..

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Undeliverable Packages or Unclaimed Packages returned to us will be assessed a return shipping and processing charge equal to the original shipping and processing charge in addition to the original shipping and processing charges to cover the shipping and processing charges for returning the package to us. If the customer requests the package to be re-shipped to them the original shipping and processing charges must again be paid.

SHIPPING POLICY
The Ticket Store Game,LLC., uses UPS and the USPS and other recognized overnight or priority delivery services, to get our products to you. Please contact us if you have any questions about our shipping policy.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
Currently, The Ticket Store Game, LLC., uses USPS first class mail or priority mail to send the Ticket Store Game. The Ticket Store Game reserves the right to use an alternate method depending on your location, size and weight of your order. The Ticket Store Game, LLC., will make this decision at their sole discretion. You will be charged a flat charge for “shipping and processing”. That charge shall be detailed in the shopping cart at the time of purchase. The “shipping and processing” charge incorporates our charges for both the shipping charges and processing of the product.

All shipping guarantees are made by the carriers themselves. The Ticket Store Game, LLC., does not guarantee any shipping dates. Carrier guarantees do not apply in inclement weather, and other delays outside of the carrier’s control. Please visit the carrier’s website (i.e. USPS.gov, UPS.com or fedex.com) for complete details of the carriers policies.

PACKAGES THAT CANNOT BE DELIVERED OR ARE UNCLAIMED
Packages that cannot be delivered or packages that are unclaimed which are returned to us will be assessed a return shipping and processing charge equal to the original shipping and processing charge in addition to the original shipping and processing charges to cover the shipping and processing charges for returning the package to us. If the customer requests the package to be re-shipped to them the original shipping and processing charges must again be paid.

WHEN WILL YOUR PACKAGE BE SHIPPED
The Ticket Store Game, LLC., will, unless otherwise noted, ship your order within 2 business day (Mon-Fri). If we cannot ship your order within 2 business day we will make a reasonable effort to contact you with the email address and/or phone number provided.
